Всъщност на новото им масло пише: Honda Genuine is the only motor oil that is tested and approved by Honda R&D Honda оригинала е единственото моторно масло, което е тествано и одобрено от Honda R & D До скоро мислех че само за автоматичните им трансмисии е задължително да се използва оригинално ХОНДА ATF-Z1 но оня ден прочетох че и за ръчните е задължително Но всеки сам си решава.

Ама те не са го писали за ОМВ масло Би трябвало да пише там че за трудни условия (градски) е еди колко си (примерно 7000км) или 1 година което събитие настъпи по рано.

The rest of ourmodels will have OBD II systems by the ’96 model year.OBD II is a comprehensive diagnostic system designedto allow any skilled technician to repair an enginemanagement system problem on any OBD-II-equippedvehicle with the aid of an OBD-II-compatible scan tool.With the scan tool, you can now read much of the samesensor data that the engine control module (ECM) sees.In many cases, you no longer have to reproduce adiagnostic trouble code (DTC); reading the data will tellyou whether there’s a malfunction or not.The SAE-established OBD II guidelines include thesechanges:• A universal 16P diagnostic connector, withstandardized pin assignments, called the data linkconnector (DLC).• A standard list of DTCs for all manufacturers.• Data snapshot capability in the ECM when a faultoccurs.• The ability to record a DTC whenever a fault occursthat affects emissions.• The ability to erase DTCs with the scan tool.The SAE-defined DTCs, for example P0131, arefive-character alphanumeric codes:• First character, area of vehicle: B for body, C forchassis, P for powertrain, and U for undefined.(Currently, only powertrain codes have been defined.)• Second character, code origin: 0 for SAE-controlledcodes, 1 for manufacturer-controlled codes.• Third character, system affected: 1 and 2 for fuel andair metering, 3 for ignition system or misfire, 4 forauxiliary emission controls, 5 for vehicle speed andidle controls, 6 for computer and output circuits, and 7and 8 for transmission.• Fourth and fifth characters, the fault: generalmalfunction, high or low voltage or frequency, or “outof range.”

sCoff Хонда пуснаха заместител на ATF-Z1 такак нареченото ATF DW-1 което е пълна синтетика и се държи много по добре на ниски температури.След 2 месеца ще е тук. Ако не си на зор изчакай.Също така днеска получих от новото масло на хонда пълна-синтетика и полу-синтетика.

VTEC Engine Hesitates During AccelerationNOTE: This article applies to ’94–02 Accords withVTEC, ’92–02 Civics with VTEC, ’93–01 Preludeswith VTEC, ’00–02 S2000s, ’00–02 Insights, and’99–02 Odysseys.If your customer complains that the enginehesitates briefly when accelerating, chances arethe ECM/PCM is ordering fuel cutoff because oflow or delayed engine oil pressure to the VTECsystem. Typical causes for low or delayed oilpressure are low oil level, a dented oil pan that’stouching the oil pickup screen, or some other oilflow restriction.When the throttle opening, vehicle speed, enginecoolant temperature, and engine speed indicatethat VTEC is needed, the ECM/PCM turns on theVTEC solenoid valve.Oil pressure should immediately turn off theVTEC oil pressure switch. But if the switch stayson (because of low oil pressure), the ECM/PCMorders fuel cutoff and shuts off all the fuelinjectors. Normally the ECM/PCM turns on theMIL and sets DTC P1259 (VTEC systemmalfunction). But if the oil pressure switch turnsoff before the ECM/PCM sets the DTC, the enginehesitates and then runs normally.To fix this engine hesitation, troubleshoot the oillevel or oil supply problem.
