  1. I need 2-3 days to assemble it. 15 kg is only good to put on the neck to dive for suicide. 7.5 is good, 9 is ok.
  2. No, it only for those who has MT , it can be upgraded . AT is AT , it will always be as is .
  3. 1. reflash 2. header 3. ctr tranny gears or at least FD ( for MT ) 4. lightweight wheels everything else.
  4. all k24 reflashes are made to use with header. it works good on stock engine as well. all intake manifolds must be tuned.
  5. This reflash was made to use with header. I can set vtec to 4.9-5k and there will be no dip but you will not benefit that much if you install header. This engine definately need a good header so go for it asap.
  6. You have MAP based calibration, mods like intake header should be tuned . MAF can compensate fuel for increased air flow but it cant autotune VTC for optimal \ best performance. So for any type of calibration you have to tune the engine for new parts. Intake , header is ok to bolt on without tune.
  7. Stock header outlet inner size is 2.25 inches which is 57mm, catback inlet is 51mm inner size , outer size is 54mm. Pipe thickness is 1.5mm You need smooth crossover without steps so i recommend to look for some custom soluton.
