The straight sipes in the centre of the tyre are angled at 90° to the driving direction, ensuring a maximum grip on snow. The special thinner, zigzagging sipes in the tread shoulders offer an excellent handling performance. Optimum Silica Processing (OSP™) technology is incorporated in the fabrication of the tread compound, enhancing the winter performance and improving grip on wet surfaces. In addition, the equal distribution of pressure across the footprint ensures an even wear pattern, whereby low noise levels are assured throughout the tyre's life-span.
