Здравейте,

нещо стана с автоматичното нивелиране на фаровете ми. Досега късите ми светха отлично. Струва ми се, че преди няколко дни лъчите на фароветв се забиха ниско пред колата. Видимо двата датчика и връзките са наред. Даже днес си направих тест - при включени къси, двама колеги седнаха в багажника и лъча не се самонивелира. Няма записана грешка. Всичките бушони са здрави. Едва ли се налага ръчно регулиране, защото нищо не е пипано и на прегледите с машината на ТП лъча беше наред.

Въпроса ми е има ли някакъв алгоритъм за тестване ? Може ли да се тества електрическата верига или повредата се дължи на машинките?

Ето ти за тестване на машинките, има и алгоритъм за тестване на модула, който ги управлява.

 

Headlight Adjuster Leveling Motor Input Test With HID Lamp:

NOTE: Before testing, check for:

• [*]a blown No. 20 (7.5A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box, or [*]bent, loose, or corroded terminals.
  

1. Disconnect the 3P connector (A) from the each headlight leveling motor (B).

2. Check for continuity between the No. 3 terminal and body ground. There should be continuity.

• [*]If there is no continuity, check for:
  • [*]an open in the GRN/WHT wire, or [*]a faulty headlights adjuster control unit.
    

[*]If there is continuity, go to 3.

3. Check for voltage between the No. 1 terminal and body ground with the ignition switch ON (II). There should be battery voltage.

• [*]If there is no battery voltage, check for:
  • [*]an open in the YEL/GRN wire, or [*]a faulty headlights adjuster control unit.
    

[*]If there is battery voltage, go to 4.

4. Check for voltage between the No. 2 terminal and body ground with the ignition switch ON (II) and headlight switch ON. There should be between approximately 2 V and battery voltage.

• [*]If the voltage is not as specified, check for:
  • [*]an open in the BLU/BLK wire, or [*]a faulty headlights adjuster control unit.
    

[*]If the voltage is as specified, go to 5.

5. If all tests are normal, but the headlight leveling motor does not work, check for frozen, stuck or improperly installed headlight leveling motor. If the mechanical check is OK, replace the headlight leveling motor and housing assembly.
  6. After installing, recheck the system.

Headlight Adjuster Control Unit Input Test With HID Lamp:

1. Remove the dashboard lower cover.

  2. Disconnect the 14P connecter (A) from the control unit (B).

  3. Inspect the connector and socket terminals to be sure they are all making good contact.

 

[*]If the terminals are bent, loose or corroded, repair them as necessary, and recheck the system.

[*]If the terminals look OK, make the following input tests at the connector.

[*]If a test indicates a problem, find and correct the cause, then recheck the system.

[*]If all the input tests prove OK, the control unit must be faulty, replace it.

There should be battery voltage.

Headlights switch ON  Check for voltage to ground:

There should be 1.5 V or less.  1  YEL/BLU  Ignition switch ON (II)  Check for voltage to ground:

There should be battery voltage. 

[*]Blown No. 21 (7.5A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box

[*]An open in the wire

4  BLU  Ignition switch ON (II): raise the front of the vehicle, and rotate one wheel slowly while holding the other wheel.  Check for voltage between the No. 4 (+) terminal and No. 7 (-) terminals:

There should be 0-5 V or more 0-5 V or more repeatedly. 

[*]Faulty ECM/PCM

[*]An open in the wire

5  RED  Under all conditions  Check for continuity between the No. 5 and No. 6 terminals:

There should be approximately 5 kW.

Check for continuity between the No. 3 and No. 6 terminals:

There should be between approximately 0.5 kW and 4.5 kW. 

[*]Faulty front headlights adjuster sensor

[*]An open in the wire

6  GRN  3  WHT  2  RED  Under all conditions  Check for continuity between the No. 2 and No. 9 terminals:

There should be approximately 5 kW.

Check for continuity between the No. 8 and No. 9 terminals:

There should be between approximately 0.5 kW and 4.5 kW. 

[*]Faulty front headlights adjuster sensor

[*]An open in the wire

9  YEL  8  WHT 

Reconnect the 14P connector to the headlight adjuster control unit. Cavity  Wire  Test condition  Test: Desired result  Possible cause if result is not obtained  11  GRN/WHT  Under all conditions  Check for continuity to ground:

There should be continuity. 

[*]Faulty headlights adjuster control unit

6  GRN  9  YEL  10  BLU/BLK  Ignition switch ON (II) and headlight switch ON  Check for voltage between the No. 10 (+) terminal and No. 11 (-) terminals:

There should be battery voltage. 

[*]Faulty headlights adjuster leveling motors

[*]Faulty headlights adjuster control unit

[*]An open in the wire

11  GRN/WHT  12  BLU/ORN  Ignition switch ON (II) and headlight switch ON  Check for voltage between the No. 12 (+) terminal and No. 11 (-) terminals:

There should be between approximately 2 V and battery voltage.

Това последното не излезна както трябва .. с таблица е .. най добре си свали ESM, също така мога да ти пратя програмата ако не можеш да я откриеш.
